Questions, answered
Is PetPop really free?
Yes. You can play, care for your pet and win packs without paying anything. Random packs are always earned by playing and are never sold.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It plays in your web browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app, even offline.
Do I need an account?
No. Just open your first pack and play. A free account is optional: it keeps your pet safe and lets you play on more than one device.
Can my pet die or run away?
Never. Pets get hungry, sleepy or a bit messy over time, but they never get hurt. When you come back, they're just happy to see you.
How do I get the Baby Dragon?
Your first pack has an 8% chance. You can also collect Dragon Egg Fragments from packs you win in Treat Catch: five fragments hatch a dragon, and you're guaranteed a fragment at least every 15 packs.
I got a new phone. Where's my pet?
If you saved your pet to an account, open the game on the new phone and sign in with the same email. Your pet comes right over.
Is it safe for younger players?
Yes: no ads, no chat, no tracking, and accounts for players under 18 need a parent's approval. See the parents section above and our privacy policy.
